Real tools for men who want change — and a therapist who won’t sugarcoat things.
You don’t have to figure this out by yourself
I work with men who feel anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed by the constant pressure to keep it together — helping guys rebuild confidence, find balance, and start enjoying life again.
I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting people through anxiety, depression, addiction, and major life transitions — young professionals, new dads, first responders, and medical workers managing high-pressure jobs. My goal is simple: help you understand what’s driving your stress and give you tools that work in real life, not just in a therapist’s office.
My approach
I use a mix of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing — approaches that help you get out of your head, manage stress, and take meaningful action toward the life you actually want. But the real foundation of therapy is connection: honest, down-to-earth conversations combined with tools grounded in what’s proven to bring change.
Who I work best with
- Older high-school and college-aged men navigating everything being thrown at them
- Guys in their 20s and 30s balancing work, relationships, and the pressure to have it figured out
- Men in high-stress jobs — executives, attorneys, medical professionals, first responders, small-business owners
- Athletes and former athletes who think more clearly when they’re moving
- Men in major life transitions: new careers, new kids, breakups, moves, or just feeling lost
If you appreciate straightforward conversations and practical tools, and you’re willing to do the work, we’ll work well together.
The clinical part — and the rest
I earned both my bachelor’s in Psychology and my master’s in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University, and I stay current on evidence-based tools for anxiety, stress, and burnout.
When I’m not with clients, you’ll find me at the gym, on a soccer field, or planning my next travel adventure. I try to live what I teach — active, connected, and grounded in what matters most.
Let’s get started
If you’re ready to get out of your own head and start building a life that feels more balanced and meaningful, let’s talk.
